These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of westvalleyhoarding.com (the "Site") and the related phone and referral services (together, the "Services") operated by Get Called LLC ("Get Called," "we," "us"), which does business as West Valley Hoarding. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. Referral Service Only

West Valley Hoarding is a free referral and matching service. We connect consumers with independent, third-party service providers ("Providers"). We don't perform hoarding cleanup, estate cleanout, biohazard remediation, or any other cleaning, hauling, or remediation services, and we don't employ or supervise the Providers' workers.

• Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or partners in a legal sense.
• Providers are solely responsible for their services, pricing, quotes, scheduling, licenses, permits, insurance, and compliance with law.
• Any agreement for services is solely between you and the Provider.
• We don't guarantee that a Provider will be available, respond, or quote a particular price.
• Providers may pay us a fee for referrals. Our referral is free to you.

2. No Endorsement or Warranty of Providers

A referral is not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any Provider's quality, qualifications, licensing, insurance, or work. You're responsible for evaluating any Provider, including asking for proof of insurance and any required license, checking references, and getting a written estimate.

3. Information on the Site

Site content, including published national price ranges, local rules, HOA and code-enforcement information, and links to third-party resources, is for general information only. It's not legal, financial, medical, insurance, or professional advice, and it may not be current. Every job is different; only a Provider can quote your job. Confirm deadlines and requirements directly with your HOA, city, county, insurer, or attorney.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, to request services only for property you own or are authorized to act for, and not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose (including submitting false or spam requests).

5. Communications Consent

By submitting the contact form with the consent box checked, or by calling us, you agree that Get Called LLC and its partner Providers may contact you about your request as described in our Privacy Policy, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance and training.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by Get Called LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites (for example, government and HOA pages). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET CALLED LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY PROVIDER'S ACTS, OMISSIONS, SERVICES, PRICING, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Called LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
